Motor Oil & Gasoline Canisters
In an ever-changing market with a wide range of needs, Silgan Plastics can design your new product or you can choose from one of our many mold-available items in PET, HDPE, PP, or one of our specialty resins.
We have over 30 automotive mold-available items and over 800 other mold-available choices.
Single & Twin Neck Bettix – Dosing Containers
Silgan Plastics offers a full line of dosing containers for your unique requirements. All bottles are HDPE and we can supply the bottles and bungs required.
- Single neck Bettix bottles are offered in 4oz, 8oz, 16oz, 32oz and 64oz
- Twin neck Bettix are offered in 4oz, 8oz, 16oz, 20oz, 32oz, 1L, and 2L
Large Ware Offerings – 64oz up to 30L
Silgan Plastics has a large range of mold available and custom packages ranging from 64oz to 30L. Five of our plants are mainly dedicated to large ware production and are situated across North America in Ontario, Texas, Ohio, Missouri and Georgia.
Molds range from 1-6 cavities, multilayer and view stripe options exist, multiple machines have IML capabilities and many of the packages have passed UN certification.
Sprayers
Design your own custom sprayer or choose from the many stock mold items we have available.
- In HDPE we have 28-400 and 28-414 neck finishes for 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 24oz and 32oz bottles
- Our current stock PET mold has a 28-400 finish for a 20oz or 22oz bottle

Two-Step Preforms
Silgan Plastics specializes in two-step preforms, the cornerstone of high-quality plastic containers. Through meticulous injection molding, heating, stretching, and blowing processes, we create versatile preforms that cater to diverse packaging needs. Our expertise ensures consistent outcomes, reflecting our commitment to precision and innovation.
***Please Note – while we have a large selection of preforms to support our blow-molding business, we do not sell the preforms themselves. We only sell the bottles or jars that are made from them.
